Ashley holds an impressive educational background, having earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Yale University. She further pursued her academic journey at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Graduate School of Education, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Master's degree in Education.
Throughout her career, Ashley has been involved in various influential organizations, including serving as the Inaugural Visiting Social Entrepreneur at the Center for Social Innovation at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She has also held positions such as Founder and CEO of MindRight Health, a Former Forbes 30 Under 30 Board Member, and Chief Executive Officer of MindRight Foundation.
In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Ashley has contributed significantly to the field of mental health and racial equity. She has been part of advisory committees at esteemed organizations like Rock Health, Zoom, and NewSchools Venture Fund. Her dedication to social impact is evident through her roles such as being a Freshman Counselor at Yale University and serving as a Director of Operations at Newark Prep Charter School.
Ashley's professional journey has been marked by a diverse range of experiences, from interning at Atrium Capital as a Venture Capital MBA Intern to leading projects at Ekya Schools as an MBA Project Lead. Her involvement with various institutions such as the US Small Business Administration and Capital Micro Credit Ltd./ Uganda showcases her commitment to making a difference on a global scale.
