Ashley E. Lumpkin is a skilled marketing professional specializing in customer-focused strategy and insights. With a Master's degree in Sociology and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Applied Social Research from Virginia Commonwealth University, Lumpkin has developed a deep understanding of customer behavior and psychology. She has worked in a variety of roles at Anthem, Inc., including Manager, Market Strategy and Insights, Senior Market Research Analyst, and Marketing Strategy & Insights Manager. In these roles, Lumpkin has developed expertise in strategy development, voice of the customer research, action planning, customer insight implementation, customer journey mapping, cross-functional team leadership, and client relationship development and management. Outside of her work at Anthem, Lumpkin has taught as an adjunct professor at John Tyler Community College.
