Ashlee Schoneman

Ashlee Schoneman is a professional with a diverse background in leadership and management roles across various industries.

She holds a Master's of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Accounting from the University of Phoenix, a B.A. in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder, and completed her education at Elizabeth High School.

Currently, Ashlee serves as the People & Culture Leader for Design Services at Creation Technologies, a prominent Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) Provider.

With an emphasis on high-mix, high-complexity manufacturing solutions, Creation Technologies caters to industries such as Industrial Controls, Instrumentation, Medical, Communications, Transportation, Military/Aerospace, and Safety & Security.

Ashlee's professional journey also includes leadership roles in banking, having previously worked as an Assistant Vice President - Banking Center Manager at Community Banks of Colorado and in various capacities at Heritage Bank and Colonial Bank.

Her experience reflects a blend of technical expertise, managerial skills, and a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork in the organizations she has been a part of.
