Ashlee Bratcher

Ashlee Bratcher is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in talent operations, HRIS analysis, and coordination. Ashlee studied Human Relations at the University of Oklahoma and has held previous positions as Sr. Talent Operations Analyst and HRIS Analyst in the Workday platform at Sunrun and Arrow Electronics, respectively.

Ashlee's career also includes positions in the field of sports, having worked as an Accounting Clerk/Administrative Assistant with the New York Mets and a Human Resources Coordinator with Houston Astros. Additionally, she previously worked as a Training Specialist with the Oklahoma Health Care Authority.
