Ashish Kolvalker is a seasoned HR professional with a passion for understanding human behavior and helping leaders achieve their potential. With a wealth of experience spanning consulting, corporate HR, and business partnering roles, Ashish has worked with diverse teams in large MNCs, joint ventures, and small to mid-sized organizations. When he's not at work, Ashish enjoys pro bono coaching, providing career advice, and facilitating diverse learning interventions. He's also an avid movie watcher and travel enthusiast, making at least three new destinations a year. Currently based in Bangalore, India, Ashish is the Sr Director of HR at Amagi Corporation.
