Ayse Yazgan

Ayse Yazgan is a seasoned professional with more than 15 years of experience, specializing in coaching and HR cultural and organizational transformation design. As the Senior Director of Talent & Culture at ATÖLYE since March 2019, she plays a pivotal role in shaping an inclusive, values-driven, and high-performing culture within the organization.

Ayse's expertise spans across various areas including Organizational Design, Culture Design, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, Co-Active Coaching, NVC, Executive and Team Coaching, Employee Experience, Learning & Development Journeys, and Compensation. Her responsibilities at ATÖLYE involve fostering culture, building HR systems and processes, managing the global talent pool, directing the talent strategy, and facilitating the organization's transition towards a teal structure.

Ayse's educational background includes studies in Coaching Supervision, Marketing, Startup & Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Relationship & Systems Coaching, and Co-Active Coaching. She is also affiliated with renowned institutions like EMCC (European Mentor & Coaching Council), TED Ankara College, and Koç Üniversitesi.

Throughout her career, Ayse has held various roles such as Talent Director at ATÖLYE, Co-Founder at Lider Sensin, Founder at Ayşe Yazgan Coaching for Life, and Board Member at Koç University Alumni. She has also been actively involved in volunteer work related to career coaching at organizations like Kariyer Koçluğu, Darüşşafaka 'Fark Et, Fark Yarat' Projesi, and served in positions at Garanti Bank and Millennium Bank.
