Ash Leyva

Ash Leyva is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades across the real estate and asset management industries.

Starting his career in 2006 as a Realtor for Re/Max, Ash quickly rose to prominence, becoming one of the top producing agents despite the challenging market conditions.

During the financial crisis of 2008, he transitioned to asset management, honing his expertise at Kondaur Capital Corporation in servicing and liquidation of NPL's.

Over the years, Ash developed a strong skill set in loan servicing, loss mitigation, asset valuation, due diligence, acquisition, and resolution of non-performing loans.

In 2015, he joined Wedgewood, a leading real estate investment firm, where he specialized in acquiring and managing foreclosed properties, leveraging his NPL expertise.

His role extended to assisting HMC Assets in NPL's acquisition and management, showcasing his versatility in the real estate investment realm.

Ash's professional journey led him to Offerpad in 2018, where he played a vital role as a Home Marketing Consultant, overseeing asset management and renovation strategies.

Amid the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Ash pivoted to Fay Servicing LLC as a Foreclosure Specialist, managing portions of their commercial portfolio.

Returning to Offerpad in 2021, Ash resumed his position as a Home Marketing Consultant, contributing to the acquisition, renovation, and resale of residential assets in Tampa.

With valid Real Estate and Loan Originator licenses, Ash Leyva continues to make significant contributions to the real estate industry.

His academic background includes studying Spanish Language and Literature at Pedagogical University of Havana Enrique Jose Varona.
