Arthur Chen

Arthur Chen is a highly accomplished legal professional with a diverse background in both law and business management.

He holds a J.D. in Law from Albany Law School of Union University and a B.S. in Business Management from SUNY Stony Brook.

Arthur has held various key positions in reputable organizations, including his current role as the Director of Litigation Support and Risk Management, as well as the Agency Privacy Officer at the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYC DEP).

Prior to his current role, he served as a Senior Counsel at the New York City Law Department, demonstrating his expertise in legal matters.

Arthur also has experience as the General Counsel at LDLN, SPC, and as an In-House Counsel at Gotham Pixel Factory, LLC, showcasing his range of skills in different industries.
