Tim has held various key positions in reputable organizations such as being the General Counsel and Company Secretary at Modica Group, the Privacy Officer and External Reporting Manager at Fonterra, the Head of Regulatory at Airways New Zealand, and the Regulatory Counsel during a secondment in California at Uber. His past roles also include Legal Counsel positions at Uber, Mercury NZ, Robert Walters, Contact Energy Ltd, and the International Development Law Organization (IDLO) as well as serving as a Research Assistant to Professor Tony Angelo at Victoria University of Wellington.
