Aron Leckband

Aron Leckband is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate industry with a background encompassing both institutional and entrepreneurial roles.

Having co-led acquisitions for the Goldman Sachs' Merchant Bank Real Estate division in the Western US region, Aron has extensive experience in primary markets such as Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Silicon Valley, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Dallas.

Throughout his career, Aron has acquired over 7.5 million square feet of property valued at more than $2.5 billion, demonstrating his proficiency in asset management and tenant workout scenarios.

His involvement in the acquisition, financing, asset management, and disposition of over 12 million square feet of various asset types showcases his comprehensive expertise in the industry.

Aron Leckband holds a BS degree with double majors in Finance and Economics from the University of Arizona, and has been affiliated with prestigious organizations including Goldman Sachs, Crown Realty & Development, Cole Capital, The Irvine Company, and Grubb & Ellis.

He completed the NAIOP Young Professional Group program, further enhancing his professional skills and network in the commercial real estate sector.
