Stephen de Man is a highly accomplished professional with diverse experience in education and finance. He currently serves as Vice President at Dimensional Fund Advisors, a leading investment management firm, where he has held various roles since 2016, including Senior Associate and Regional Director.1

Prior to his work in finance, de Man spent several years in the education sector. He taught middle school in the Roma Independent School District and later joined Teach for America, where he held positions as Recruitment Director and Director of Alumni Affairs.1 His passion for education also led him to become Texas Regional Director at Leadership for Educational Equity and Executive Director at Austin Kids First.1

De Man holds a Bachelor's Degree from Georgetown University, an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Master's Degree in Policy Organization and Leadership Studies from Stanford University.1 He has also obtained the Series 7 and Series 66 licenses from FINRA.1
