Aron Finster

Aron Finster is a professional with a keen analytical mind and a strong passion for understanding, developing, and enhancing complex processes and digital solutions.

He delved into the field of Data Science and acquired expertise in Python through an intensive 12-week full-time Bootcamp from August to November 2020.

For the past 3.5 years, Aron has been an integral part of the high-energy setting of an e-commerce startup, where he held the responsibility for European fulfilment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and consistently advocated for a customer-centric operational approach, stemming from his initial background in customer support.

His educational journey includes studying Data Science at SPICED Academy, a Master's Degree in International Relations from King's College London, a Bachelor's Degree in Cultural Studies with a concentration on Social Sciences and Cultural History from European-University Viadrina, and an academic pursuit in Economics from European-University Viadrina.

Throughout his career, Aron has held notable positions at various organizations, including Enpal where he served as the Teamlead Material Management & Data, Senior Manager Material Management, and Data Analyst Supply Chain. He also contributed his expertise as a Senior Operations Specialist, Operations Specialist, and CX Ops Coordinator at Casper. Prior to this, he was part of the team at Christokat & Partner GbR as a Finance Partner and gained valuable experience through a student internship at Messe Berlin.
