Arnav Roy

Arnav Roy is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in operations management, quality management, and business development within the chemical research and manufacturing industry. He has played pivotal roles at PolyOrg, Inc., a leading biotechnology company based in Massachusetts, since its establishment in 2003. PolyOrg specializes in manufacturing specialty chemical products for the life science sector, offering a wide range of catalog products and assisting customers with product development and manufacturing processes. Arnav has been associated with various key positions at PolyOrg, Inc., including Associate Director of Operations and Manufacturing, Commercial Projects Manager, Operations Manager, and Finance and Operations Intern.

Arnav's academic journey includes a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Mathematics and a minor in Economics from Boston College. He furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Arnav also attended Acton-Boxborough Regional High School.

Outside his professional endeavors, Arnav Roy has embarked on a passion project - the Grateful Living podcast. This initiative, born out of a personal experience, aims to raise awareness about mental health and eliminate stigmas surrounding it.
