Humanava's Co-founder and CEO, Arnaud Collery, brings over two decades of experience as a serial entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and personal growth coach to his work. With a global mindset and out-of-the-box thinking, Arnaud has experimented in various fields ranging from finance, luxury, politics, stand-up comedy, filmmaking to producing social events. In 2014, he launched Stand Up for Passion, followed by his book Mr Happiness, published by Larousse in 2018. He has coached more than 150 organizations, foundations, and companies and empowered 1000 CEOs. Arnaud is invested in implementing "QVT" processes for better quality of life through Humanava, his coaching, and team-building activities. Arnaud shares his field of expertise, resilience, and reinventing oneself, through inspiring masterclasses.

Arnaud holds diverse qualifications ranging from a certificate in International Trade Law to Military Officer School Graduate to a Creative Leadership Program Executive Program from the THNK School of Creative Leadership. He studied at the American University of Paris, the IESE Business School-University of Navarra, and the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, amongst others.
