Arlo Washington

Arlo Washington is the President of PEOPLE TRUST Loan Fund, a Certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) certified by the U.S. Department of Treasury CDFI Fund since 2016. PEOPLE TRUST aims to provide access to capital to low and moderate-income communities in Arkansas, bridging financial gaps and creating opportunities.

Arlo has a background in finance with a focus on empowering individuals through education. He studied Personal Finance and became a Certified Financial Educator with the Nation Financial Educators Council, emphasizing the importance of financial literacy and planning.

In addition to his role at PEOPLE TRUST Loan Fund, Arlo Washington is the former Founder of Washington Barber College, Inc., showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to community development through education and economic empowerment.
