He pursued his high school education at Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, followed by a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computers from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology. Continuing his academic journey, Arindam earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.

Currently, he serves as a Partner at Basic Roots Consulting, bringing his wealth of experience to the table. Prior to his current position, Arindam held the esteemed title of Managing Director at Bankers without Boundaries. His journey includes pivotal roles such as GM Finance at Amp, AGM - Finance at Azure Power, Vice President at Barclays Capital, and Research Analyst at Lehman Brothers.
