•	Opening of the Spanish & Portuguese market: more than 100 new clients signed in 2 years.
•	Prospecting of potential clients with personalized presentations supported by our technical and creative teams in front of c-level and decision makers: 20 calls and meetings on average by month collected in the CRM Salesforce.
•	Negotiate and raise issues with all the teams involved (legal, financial, technical, product...) to reach deals that increased the country's income x10 in 2 years.
•	Customer management based on coordination between teams for the technical implementation of digital advertising solutions and optimization of campaigns based on customer performance objectives with a retention rate of more than 95%. 
•	Salesforce reference for the Spanish commercial team after participating in the migration of the internal tool to Salesforce in 2013.
•	Active participation in internal collaborations: as a volunteer trainer for international commercial newcomers (modules of Advertiser qualification and Objection handling) between 2013 and 2019 and continuous best practices sharing in commercial meetings.
