Anurag Saha is an accomplished HR professional with experience leading talent and performance teams at Aon Hewitt and ITC Limited. With a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a B.tech in Information Technology from National Institute of Technology Durgapur, Saha is highly educated and has a diverse professional background. He is currently an HR Business Partner for Emerging Markets at Sun Pharmaceuticals, where he is responsible for leading HR strategies for Sub Saharan Africa, Middle East, and North Africa.

In addition to his work in HR, Saha has completed internships with companies like KPMG India, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Citibank India, and Siemens. He has also worked as a Summer Research Intern at Indian Institute of Management and Calcutta and as a Portfolio Management Fellow at InVenture Capital Corporation. Saha is an active member of the HR community, having served on the Placement Committee for HRM & LR at TISS Mumbai.

Outside of work, Saha enjoys watching and playing football, watching movies, reading, and quizzing.
