Anup Agarwal

Anup Agarwal is a seasoned Senior Managing Director with expertise in enterprise software and services companies, specializing in automation, AI, data & analytics technologies, and FinTech sub-sectors such as banking, insurance, financial services, capital markets, payments, and GRC. His vast experience spans advising both public and private companies, private equity firms, sell-side, and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, corporate & business strategy, equity capital raising, initial public offerings, divestitures, financial restructuring, private placements, leveraged buyouts, and cross-border transactions. Anup's accomplished career has seen him complete numerous M&A and capital raise transactions aggregating billions in transaction value for both U.S. and non-U.S. companies. He was also a critical member involved in building a new technology-enabled financial services venture early in his career. Anup holds an MBA in Finance/Strategy from the University of Virginia - Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, a JD(BS/MS) in Engineering/Economics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, and studied High School at the Delhi Public School.
