Anuj Tewari

Anuj Tewari is a software engineer turned researcher turned research manager who has made significant contributions in the field of research, design, and engineering. He has extensive experience leading research, design, and engineering teams and enjoys solving complex problems at the intersection of engineering/data, product, and people. Tewari has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology and a PhD in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley. He is currently a Research Manager at Messenger at Facebook, where he leads a research team. Prior to this, Tewari has held leadership positions at companies like Salesforce and Uber, where he managed teams focused on user research and analytics, data, self-driving cars, and UX research. He has also worked as a researcher and lead engineer at GE Global Research and as an intern at Microsoft and Nokia.
