Ant Clay

Antony Clay is an experienced M365 consultant with expertise in innovation, governance, and delivering business value. He has worked in various verticals such as the public sector, legal, media and technology, and finance, among others. He holds a degree in BSc (Hons) Applied Software Engineering from the University of Central England. As a Microsoft 365 Lead at NHS Property Services Ltd, he positively disrupts technology projects and delivers business value through change management, end-user adoption, applying information governance, and requirements facilitation through play. Clay is also the former Chief Creator at Sails and Stories, where he has a side-project making and selling upcycled spinnaker sailcloth accessories. He is an Innovation Games qualified instructor, consults and delivers collaborations related governance and applications strategies, evaluating emerging solutions, and advising clients on relevance and adoption strategies. Clay is a former book author at The Office 365 Governance Manifesto, a guest lecturer at Warwick Business School, an associate at ntegra Ltd, founder, CEO, and tummler at Soulsailor Consulting Ltd, and has held other positions such as Head of Microsoft Application Solutions at Serco and Head of eBusiness Practice at ITNET.
