Stefan Martinovic

Stefan Martinovic is a seasoned innovator who has spent years building companies, products, and infrastructure across a range of industries. With a background in economics, real estate, investment management, and technology, Martinovic has a unique perspective on complex challenges in both digital and physical environments. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Seton Hall University, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from The College of William and Mary, and completed graduate studies in Urban Development & Economic Policy at Northwestern University.

Martinovic has held leadership positions at numerous companies and organizations throughout his career, including VP of Business Development at Placer.ai, Partner at Broadacre Land Co., Principal at Remix, and VP of Investments & Head of Analytics at Midwood Investment & Development. He has also worked in innovation and product development at the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and as Senior Associate at Hickey & Associates. Before that, he co-founded and served as CEO of Create Inc. and held positions at City Interests, Coriolis Management, the United States Department of Defense, Opvs Group, and the International Truck and Engine Corporation.

Throughout his career, Martinovic has demonstrated a talent for analyzing complex problems and leading teams to develop creative solutions. He is an expert in economic development, real estate finance and development, investment management, and alternative assets.
