Antoine Marcou is an experienced business professional with a strong passion for new technologies and agile organizations.

With over a decade of experience in consultancy, Antoine recently transitioned to become the Agile Consultancy Director at Xebia, a distinguished Agile Pure Player consultancy.

His focus at Xebia is to maintain the company's position as the leading contributor to scaled-agile transformations in France, by working with a top-tier team of agile coaches.

Before his current role, Antoine spent several years at Wavestone, concentrating on sectors like Telecom, Utilities, and Bank-Insurance. He successfully led projects in 'data valorization' and 'scaled-agile transformation'.

As the former head of a department at Wavestone, Antoine guided a team of 15 consultants, overseeing their professional development and contributing to recruitment, business growth, and operational activities.

His expertise includes leadership, team management, Utilities, Telecom, Bank-Insurance, Scrum agile, scaled-agile, Internet of Things, Big Data, Data governance, IT transformation, recruitment, business development, and proficiency in French, English, and Spanish.

Aside from his professional engagements, Antoine is an active participant in outdoor sports such as trekking, cycling, running, and skiing.

Antoine holds a degree in Strategy and Management from ESCP Business School and has studied at Universidad de 'San Andrés'.
