Claudio Truzzi is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in digital and deep-tech sectors, particularly focusing on artificial intelligence (AI), nanotechnologies, and sensor systems. He holds an MBA and a PhD, which complement his extensive expertise in fostering innovation and sustainable transformation across various industries.
Currently, Truzzi serves as the Director of the AI Forum at The Conference Board, where he is involved in leading initiatives related to AI and digital transformation. Additionally, he is a Senior Research Fellow at the same organization, contributing to research and thought leadership in AI applications. His role also extends to academia as a guest lecturer at Solvay Lifelong Learning and a faculty advisor at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, where he teaches subjects related to innovation and digital strategies.
His career includes significant positions such as the Director of the Support Office for Research & Innovation Activities at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), where he oversees AI-based initiatives and the development of SmartCampus projects. Truzzi has also co-founded companies and held leadership roles in various technology firms, showcasing his ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive industry-university collaborations.
