At P&G, Smith served as the Director of eCommerce - Baby Care, where he was responsible for driving profitable growth and brand strategies across various eCommerce channels. Prior to that, he held several leadership roles, including eCommerce & Pants Walmart Sales Leader, Walmart.com, and Jet.com Health, Beauty & Baby Team Leader, and Global eCommerce Leader - Walmart International.

Before joining P&G, Smith worked as a Business Development Executive at Games-Masters.com LTD, where he was responsible for managing partnerships and driving new business growth.
