Anthony Scriffignano

Anthony Scriffignano is an internationally recognized data scientist with over 40 years of experience in various industries and domains.

He has a strong background in linguistics and advanced algorithms and is the primary inventor on multiple patents worldwide.

Dr. Scriffignano is a Distinguished Fellow and member of the Loomis Council at The Stimson Center, a nonpartisan think tank in Washington, D.C., focusing on international peace and security.

He was honored as the U.S. Chief Data Officer of the Year 2018 by the CDO Club and is part of the OECD Network of Experts on AI working group.

Anthony provides thought leadership to senior executives and government officials globally and has contributed to reports for the U.S. National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee and the President.

He has been involved in advising state Chief Data Officers, the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, the Canadian Government, and has spoken at various international events.

His expertise lies in emerging trends in advanced analytics, big data, artificial intelligence, and multilingual challenges in business and public-sector contexts.

Anthony Scriffignano holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change from Antioch University, and a BA and MA in Computer Science from Montclair State University.

His previous roles include Senior Advisor, VP/Leader Global Data Strategy, and SVP, Chief Data Scientist at Dun & Bradstreet, among other prestigious positions in academia and the private sector.
