Subu Subramanian is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business, technical, and analytical skills, specializing in product management, engineering, operations, and channel partner management.

His expertise lies in incubating new businesses, scaling and turning around existing ventures with a keen focus on profitability and execution. Subu is known for his leadership style based on accountability, integrity, and transparency, setting examples for others to follow.

With a Ph.D. in Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, Subu's educational background complements his extensive hands-on experience in the industry.

Previously holding high-ranking positions such as President and CTO at Xoriant, VP/GM at Cisco, and Chief Product Officer at Plethy, Inc, Subu has demonstrated his ability to create and grow multi-million dollar businesses, scale products to over $1 billion, and successfully revamp struggling enterprises.
