Anthony Bowers is an experienced HR and BPO expert based in Asia with over two decades of experience in China and the Philippines. He is the Founder & CEO at Tallant Asia, a company specializing in building high-performing teams for businesses around the world through offshoring and remote work. Anthony has built dozens of teams for clients globally and is known for his ability to work in cross-cultural teams and motivate diverse groups of people. He has expertise in offshoring, outsourcing, BPO, remote working recruiting, account management, sales and marketing, and education. Anthony holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Macquarie University, a Masters in TESOL from the University of Technology Sydney, and has studied the High School Certificate in Economics at North Sydney Boys High.
