Stefanie Lippi, a seasoned HR Professional, is committed to cultivating a positive and impactful on-boarding and development experience for team members at Sequoia Consulting Group. Her passion for creating meaningful connections and supporting team members' growth has led her to her current role as Manager, Employee Experience & Ops at Sequoia. She has worked her way up the ranks, holding various positions in Talent Development, Human Resources, and Administration at Sequoia Union High School District and CGB Enterprises. Stefanie earned a BA in Communication Studies from Sonoma State University and studied at Carlmont High School.
