Anshu Toppo is a logistics expert with a passion for eliminating waste in logistics operations. With 10 years of work experience and a proven track record of success in leading logistics teams towards operational excellence, Anshu has an impressive background in manufacturing majors like Ford, John Deere, and Rolls Royce. An advocate of lean philosophy and expert in Total Value Management (TVM), Anshu has led several TVM workshops across plants in the Asia-Pacific region, identifying and eliminating waste from logistics operations, which helped save companies more than $50 Million.

Anshu's achievements include leading logistics planning, cost analysis, and execution for new vehicle launches in the Asia-Pacific region for Ford, contributing to a cost-saving of more than $50 Million, and leading the Railway Siding Project, enabling the usage of the railroad for vehicle distribution within India. Anshu also eliminated the cause of test failures of Trent-1000 commercial aircraft engines by statistical analysis of test reports, saving €375000.

Anshu holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering & Operations Management from Nottingham University Business School and a BTech in Production Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
