Brenda Boudrie is a multi-talented professional with experience in various industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, education, training, and supply chain. With more than 15 years of experience in Automotive Industry manufacturing, working with FCA Chrysler Jeep, JCI/Yanfeng, Johnson Controls, and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Brenda has honed her skills in Materials Management, Vehicle Launch programs, injection molding launch programs, plant transfer/launch Project, Kaizen and Continuous Improvement projects, engineering Change management, Scheduling, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Inventory Analysis. Her significant outcomes include actively listening to and considering all inputs to implement programs and solutions, working as a team with all departments in the organization, achieving goals such as safety, quality, cost, and delivery to the customer. Brenda also owned and operated B's Café restaurant, where she strengthened problem-solving skills, purchasing and inventory control, and implemented continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives. Her greatest lesson is her commitment to the customers and most enjoyable, serving the customers. As a Service Leadership enthusiast, Brenda facilitated 16 teams of women in the successful formation of a copyrighted Parish renewal process, sacramental and scripture study, team-building, preparation and presentation of a renewal weekend. Brenda has studied Masters in Organizational Leadership, and Bachelors in Business and Religious Studies at Lourdes University.
