Supply Chain Consulting Analyst

Tata Consultancy Services helped me explore my interests in Supply Chain and Process Optimization. On my first project, I worked on a M&A integration between two network companies. Soon after, I began working on a cost optimization project at a large pharmaceuticals company. 

Project: $200B Pharmaceuticals Company | Oct - Dec 2019 | Illinois 

I assisted in building a cost model to allocate and optimize warehouse costs by labor, storage, utilities, and volume in each of the nine essential process channels. I consistently communicated with key warehouse personnel over the course of the project to learn about the process and data flow. This helped me develop data and process maps to aid in building an effective cost model for our client. Nearing the end of my time, I created informational training documents to outline our team’s methodology and approach to building the model. 


Project: $1B Networking Company  | July – Oct 2019 | San Jose

At this company, my team worked directly with the CIO and key executives to prepare a post-merger integration proposal. By taking part in meetings with essential decision-makers, I was able to successfully present data diagrams of functional, process, and application changes to occur post-integration. I also aided the team lead in building a key milestone roadmap, a RACI chart, a risk management log, a heat map, and a source to target data mapping plan. In the duration of this project, I acquired fundamental project management, analytical, and communication skills.

Business Analyst Intern

I had the wonderful opportunity to join the Brown Brothers Harriman team to learn about Finance and the Corporate Structure of Banking. I worked on developing operational efficiency procedures in the trade management department.
