She holds a Master's in Psychology and has studied BA in Psychology at Panjab University, along with a PGCHRM in HR management from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Prior to her current role, Annpurna worked at SThree as a Senior Manager in Recruitments and as an Associate Sales Team Manager/Account Manager. She also held the position of Manager Operations & Strategy at Raghav Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
