•	Co-Chaired Research and Trends Committee for global MBA career services organization (MBA CSEA); collaborative led group of 8-19 members to conduct four annual research surveys
•	Led cross-sectional US immigration survey across select top 20 MBA programs: gained insight into the immigration trials and successes of non-US work authorized MBA graduates from 2015 – 2018. Presented results at the MBA CSEA global conference and in the Every Day Immigration Podcast

•	Conducted solo two-week corporate outreach trip through Hong Kong and Shanghai, China, visiting 11 employers across the consumer-packaged goods, consulting, and technology industries

•	Designed accelerated summer career preparation experience for One-Year MBAs to maximize job search skill acquisition under a compressed 10 week time frame. Experience included: industry overviews, biweekly career skill luncheon series, mock interviews, and corporate events featuring employers such as Amazon and PricewaterhouseCoopers
•	Collaborated with Student Services to implement a two-day, career focused International Student Orientation program
•	Quoted in Poets & Quants article, “Where MBAs Can and Can’t Negotiate Pay,” August 2016 
•	Worked with marketing department annually to deliver 60+ page career handbook
•	Improved quality of the Career Work Group career peer mentor program by instituting: position nomination form, formal application and selection process, and mid-stream satisfaction surveys

Assistant Director, Career Management Center

•  Supervised team of an Assistant Director and two graduate assistants responsible for employment statistics reporting, on campus recruiting for intern and full-time, and general career coaching
•  Led cross-functional team of 10 members to revolutionize structure and content for MGMT 591 – Launching Global Leaders course; facilitated delivery of course content to 180 master’s students across five programs
•  Supported partnership with Indiana Lieutenant Governors Office to launch the inaugural Indiana Export Fellowship program 
•  Launched career development workshop series on topics including: networking, salary negotiation, the art of follow-up, and job search strategies for international students seeking careers in their home countries
•  Collaborated across departments to craft student orientation programs targeting professionalism and career search strategies
•  Initiated relationship with third party vendor to create an electronic platform housing student results of career oriented assessments and tools

Purdue University, Krannert School of Management

Associate Director for Career Counseling

•  Advised 250-275 undergraduate business students across seven majors in course selection and career planning 
•  Provided one on one leadership development coaching around the Launching Business Leaders competency model
•  Course Coordinator & curriculum re-design for eight sections of MGMT 100 – Introduction to Management, first year student seminar for all traditional first year Krannert students
•  Chaired strategic initiative to improve relationships between faculty and staff, and to provide resource training for advisors
•  Liaison to Marketing Department serving as primary point of contact for all Marketing related inquiries, including curriculum review and and website maintenance

Academic Advisor

•  Supervised teams of 12-16 Resident Assistants working collaboratively to create supportive, safe and memorable communities for a wide range of student populations, including: first year students, upperclassmen, honors learning communities, co-ed, all male and student athletes
•  Partnered with Honors College faculty and staff to create the residential component for the inaugural Residential Honors College at Purdue University
•  Partnered with Counseling and Psychological Services to pilot THRIVE student leader training and support monthly in-service programming
•  Co-developed and launched GS 490 – Residentially Based Leadership, a course that continues to serve as the final phase of the Resident Assistant selection process
•  Developed and executed extensive student leader training programs twice per year while continuing to deliver need-based training's through monthly in-services and weekly staff meetings. Topics included: diversity and inclusion, leadership, recognition, crisis triage, etc.
•  Co-chaired the Staff Resident Selection Committee, implementing key changes to the selection process improved logistics and shortened the length from 1.5 days to 7 hours
•  Recruited entry to mid-level professional staff at regional placement exchanges
•  Advised residence hall based student organizations
•  Adjudicated lower level disciplinary hearings and mediated moderate to severe roommate conflicts
•  Managed residential life programming budgets upwards of $35,000
•  Participated in an on-call crisis response rotation serving areas between 1700 and 2100 students

•  Delivered daily milieu rehabilitation therapies to promote client sociability and coping skills for high-risk foster youth ages 11 to 18

•  Coordinated day-to-day facility functions, office, and client schedules
•  Provided crisis intervention support for counseling staff during intensive client crisis
