Annie Hopkins

Annie Hopkins, a notable individual in the field of education and recruitment, has taken on numerous roles in various organizations where she develops and establishes partnerships, recruits new talent, and creates diversity strategies to enhance the workforce. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs from Georgetown University, and moved on to study at Columbia University Teachers College where she earned a Master of Arts degree in Elementary Education. She started her professional journey as a teacher for the NYC Department of Education and PAVE Academy Charter School before transitioning into the recruitment industry. Hopkins served as a Campus Recruiter and later as Vice President of Diversity Recruiting at Goldman Sachs, where she focused on inclusive hiring practices to increase the representation of underrepresented groups within the workforce. In her most recent role, Hopkins acted as Head of Employer Partnerships at projectBASTA, a non-profit organization aiming to reduce education and workplace inequities. With a wealth of experience and expertise, Hopkins continues to make an impact in education, recruitment, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
