Annie Baker Hoar

Annie Hoar is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background in government and political science. She studied at prestigious institutions including The Bush School of Government and Public Service, The Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and Texas A&M University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science.

Annie Hoar has held key roles in various organizations, showcasing her expertise and leadership skills. She is the Co-Founder of The Morning Group, LLC. Prior to that, she served as the Deputy National Finance Director for Marco Rubio's Presidential campaign and as a National Finance Consultant for the Rubio Victory Committee.

Annie Hoar's extensive professional experience includes positions at notable organizations such as the Republican National Committee, where she held roles including the West Regional Finance Director/ Team 100 Director, Deputy Regional Finance Director for Texas & the South for the Romney Victory campaign, and Regents and Team 100 Membership Director. She has also served as a Special Assistant to the Finance Director at both the Republican National Committee and the Republican Governors Association.

Annie Hoar's early career included a significant role as a Senior Legislative Assistant at the U.S. House of Representatives, where she gained valuable experience in legislative affairs and government processes.
