Anne O'Donnell, the Director of Microbiology at Complete Laboratory Solutions (CLS) and CLS MedPharma, has over 20 years of extensive in-depth experience in the food, environment, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. A native of Donegal, O'Donnell represents CLS at local, national, and international levels and consults on a variety of industry-leading activities, including new system design, quality and technology, training, validations, and auditing. She is an accomplished member of Network Galway and was a finalist in 2019 Galway Businesswoman of the Year Shining Star awards. CLS, founded in 1994, is a leading contract laboratory that provides microbiological and analytical testing to the food, environmental, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries. CLS supplies trained analysts on contract to these industries and works in partnership with many leading global brands. Currently employing 195 staff, CLS operates throughout Ireland, UK and Europe, and parts of America. The company is proud to have numerous accreditations such as FDA approved, GMP approved (HPRA), ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 17025 (108T).

O'Donnell pursued a Diploma in Train the Trainer at Maynooth University, a B. Sc. Higher Diploma in Applied Microbiology and Science, Microbiology at National University of Ireland, Galway, and completed high school at St Columba's Comprehensive, Glenties, Co. Donegal. Her expertise, experience, and professionalism enable her to deliver significant value to her clients as she represents CLS globally.
