He has worked with a vast range of organizations and industries, where he has earned his reputation as a skilled executive, an expert in general management and operations, establishing strong, professional relationships with partners, clients, and executives, and delivering remarkable results within fast-paced and dynamic settings.

Kenneth has held executive positions in companies such as West Pharmaceutical Services, GlaxoSmithKline, and Flex, where he served as a Vice President in various roles, in addition to being the CEO and Founder of HWL Pte. Ltd. and PharmARC(IMS). He has also provided independent advisory services to companies like AlphaSights, GLG, and Third Bridge Group Limited.

In his most recent role, Kenneth serves on the board of directors of TILT Biotherapeutics Ltd, where he brings his wealth of expertise in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry, including corporate strategy, brand management, and M&A.
