Anna Shneiderman

Anna Shneiderman is a highly accomplished creative entrepreneur focused on equity, sustainability, and community-driven impact in the arts sector. With over 20 years of experience, Anna has worked as an executive director, consultant, researcher, theater artist, producer, and educator. She holds an M.A. in Teaching Secondary English from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.A. in Fundamentals, Issues, and Texts from the University of Chicago. Anna is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Ragged Wing Ensemble and The Flight Deck, where she champions the growth and success of under-resourced artists. Prior to this, Anna was a researcher with Reimagining Business Models in the Arts, a consultant for Self-Employed, and a performing arts teacher with Envision Schools. Anna’s work is focused on shifting the cultural paradigm, supporting creative businesses, and building healthy social enterprises in the arts sector with a lens of racial and economic justice.
