Build and manage a Central Operations Team to ensure smooth grantmaking processes across three philanthropic entities with over 400 non-profit partners
• Design, document, and execute grant policies and procedures; resulting in standardization of support to non-profit partners and reducing the time it takes to release grant payments by 50%.
• Prioritize system and process improvement projects by transforming non-profit partners and staff feedback into feature requests. Collaborate with the Data Manager to implement changes.
• Created a Budgeting Tool via Excel to streamline budget tracking, scenario planning, and data visualization for eleven portfolio areas across three giving entities; resolving a gap in our grant management system
• Provide data analysis and visualization to help inform internal learning and grantmaking. 
• Prepare monthly and yearly reports for Board of Directors.

Sunlight Giving

Managed 30 team members across four verticals on Google Play and 25 team members across eight verticals on Google Shopping, responsible for people, performance, and process management.  
• Developed delivery and quality SLAs for content review and partner support workflows through time studies.
• Led monthly process improvement discussions. Worked with Engineering to prioritize feature requests resulting in 120 support hours freed up per quarter.  
• Monitored weekly SLAs.  Led team meetings to review performance and implement implement corrective action when necessary.
• Produced and presented weekly and monthly reports to executives.

Google

Operations Manager

Trained and led seven team members to scale support from 30 to 150+ retail partners advertising with Google.
• Developed training material including process maps, step-by-step guides, and canned responses and owned 100% of the training efforts. 
• Provided high-touch onboarding and continual support to 50+ key partners. Coordinated with Operations, Sales, and Engineering resolve partner issues.

Google Shopping

Partner Operations Specialist

Trained and led content team from one reviewer to eleven reviewer to scale operations from 3 to 24 local markets in less than three weeks, contributing to the quarterly revenue goal of $2.2M.
• Created over 30 process and workflow documents, presentations, and quizzes, decreasing the time it takes for a new hire to ramp up by 4 days.
• Implemented 24 process and tool improvements by collaborating with Engineering, Sales, and Operations; resulting in a 44% decrease in review time.
• Created a formal QA process for content reviewers.  Supported team members through feedback and additional training to maintain an average 97% QA score.
• Managed daily proactive email communications to local deal partners for required deal edits
