Ann Rodiger is the Founder and Director of the Balance Arts Center (BAC) located in New York City. With over 40 years of experience in teaching the Alexander Technique, her work is deeply informed by various disciplines including Labanotation, Laban Movement Analysis, and Bartenieff Fundamentals, as well as practices like yoga and meditation.
