Anissa Voron is a driven and compassionate individual with an impressive background in higher education, mentorship, and team management. With a Bachelor of Arts in both Spanish and English Language and Literature from Arizona State University and a Masters in Business Administration from W.P. Carey School of Business, Voron is well-equipped to make a difference in her field.
She has channeled her passion for education and helping non-traditional learners into her role as a Success Coach at EdPlus at Arizona State University. She has also worked as an Admissions Advisor at 2U, an English Language Assistant at Comunidad de Madrid, and a Behavior Interventionalist at Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST). She brings four years of experience in mentorship, case management, quality compliance, adoption, client advocacy, training, onboarding, recruitment, and team management, gained in her roles as Lead Family Specialist and Bilingual Family Specialist at Agape Adoption Agency of Arizona, Inc, and her former work with Hope Women's Center and Christian Family Care.
In her work, Voron is passionate about identifying and leveraging the strengths of individuals towards achieving their academic and personal goals. She has spent time living abroad, which has equipped her with multi-cultural competencies, making her an excellent asset for strategic development and partnership development projects, which have become of interest to her.
When she is not working, Voron can be found with a book in one hand and a cup of tea in the other, enjoying some quiet reading time at home. She is also open to connecting with people and responding to any inquiries.
