    Angie Pincin is the founder of Coach People Inc., a leadership development firm focused on helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential and achieve results through a combination of awareness, character strengths, and growth.

    With a background in Finance, Angie advanced to a Senior level position in Human Resources and Organizational Development at McCaw Cellular Communications, later acquired by AT&T Wireless. She collaborated with senior leaders on strategic initiatives to align leadership with corporate values and drive enterprise growth.

    After her tenure at AT&T Wireless, Angie joined E&Y where she worked with senior managers to Managing Partner level, engaging in talent development and contributing to large-scale client projects. The insights gained from her experiences led to the establishment of Coach People Inc., a dynamic firm with a global reach and a specialized focus on leadership development.

    Angie's involvement extends beyond her business endeavors as she has served on various boards in Florida and New York, holding roles such as Membership Chair for PPCA (now ICF-International Coach Federation) and maintaining longstanding memberships with professional organizations like ICF, IAC, SHRM, ATD, and IPPA.

    At Coach People, Angie and her team attract top-tier certified coaches, offering tailored programs such as Tilt365, Coach U's Coaching Skills Programs, VIA's Values-Clarification Programs, DiSC®, and Lencioni's 5 Behaviors of Cohesive Teams®, complemented by executive coaching services.

    Education-wise, Angie pursued an Associates Degree in Social Sciences from Montreal, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources from Palm Beach Atlantic University, and a Bachelor of Arts in French & English Literature from Concordia University in Montreal.
