Angela Isabel Chen

Angela Chen is a driven individual with a diverse professional background. From molecular immunology research to management consulting, she has covered a lot of ground. After completing her bachelor's degree in Biology, Public Policy and Management at New York University, Angela found her analytical skills being utilized as a Strategy & Operations professional at Weill Cornell Medicine. She then pursued her passion for customer service and hospitality by becoming a Cabin Crew Member at Cathay Pacific Airways, where she gained nearly 3 million miles of operational experience in commercial aviation and excelled at delivering creative inflight solutions.

Angela has also independently consulted with small businesses across North America, Europe and Asia, using her expertise in pricing, supply chain, customer experience and strategy to drive growth and profitability. Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Management in Hospitality (MMH) from the Cornell University SC Johnson College of Business. Her goal is to bring evidence-based change to the aviation industry in the future.

Aside from her professional endeavors, Angela is also an influential figure in the Taiwanese American community, having built strong relationships between collegiate and professional organizations across the US. Her efforts have resulted in powerful partnerships that continue to benefit minority students today. Angela spends her weekends basking in the beautiful New York City skyline from her rooftop in Brooklyn.
