Aneesh Chopra

Aneesh Chopra, currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at Arcadia, a prominent health data platform that acquired CareJourney, a company he co-founded in 2014.

Prior to his current position, Chopra was the first U.S. Chief Technology Officer, holding the role from 2009 to 2012. He is also known for his book 'Innovative State: How New Technologies Can Transform Government' published in 2014.

In addition to his professional roles, Chopra is actively involved in several boards, including IntegraConnect and the Virginia Center for Health Innovation. He also chairs the George Mason Innovation Advisory Council.

Chopra's educational background includes a master's degree in public policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a bachelor's degree in health policy from The Johns Hopkins University.

Throughout his career, Aneesh Chopra has held key positions in various organizations such as President at CareJourney, Co-Founder at Hunch Analytics, and Senior Advisor for Technology Strategy at The Advisory Board Company.

He has political experience as well, having been a candidate for Lieutenant Governor in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Prior to his political engagements, Chopra held roles such as Secretary of Technology in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Starting his career in finance, he also served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley before transitioning into the technology and healthcare sectors.
