Andy Weigel

Andy Weigel is a seasoned commercial real estate professional and President of Realty Trust Group, a family-owned real estate investment company that operates across 12 states nationwide. Weigel started his real estate career in leasing and sales at George Elkins Company in Palm Desert, eventually becoming a General Partner by the age of 24. He then went on to invest in investment properties such as single tenant NNN, retail, hospitality, and land.

Weigel has earned his business degree from Pepperdine University and designations like Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Management (CPM). Due to his expertise and experience, Andy has served the Southern California Chapter of the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM) as the chapter President in 2007. Moreover, he has been on the board as an Executive Director for one of the largest Evangelical Free churches in the nation.

He has also traveled extensively, visiting nearly 50 countries due to his year studying in Heidelberg, Germany, and his extensive cross-cultural missionary engagement. Andy currently serves on the Board of Director for a unique partnership model that mobilizes people, prayer, and resources into some of the most challenging parts of the world. He also acts as chief catalyst and chairman for Mission Increase Inland Valleys, a strategic resourcing model that helps ministry leaders grow through teaching, training, and coaching in donor/champion relationships.

Weigel resides in Murrieta with his wife of 28 years, Sandy, and their two sons, Joshua and Jared.
