Andy Rine is a seasoned professional with a strong background in construction and project management.

With a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Bachelors of Science in Construction Science from the University of Oklahoma, Andy has a solid educational foundation to support his career.

Currently serving as the Director of Preconstruction at GE Johnson, Andy Rine previously held key positions at Flintco, Inc. such as Director of Preconstruction, Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Intern.
