Andy Buckley is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in various types of research including qual, quant, offline, online, consumer, employee, B2B, and industrial research. His expertise spans across different sectors focusing on innovation, customer experience (CX), and branding. Since 2008, Andy has specialized in online communities, technological innovation, and research innovation.

Along with his extensive research background, Andy also possesses significant skills in team and account management, project management, and business leadership roles. He holds an MSc 2.1 in Management from Aston University.

Throughout his career, Andy has held key positions in prominent organizations. He served as the Head of Client Solutions at InSites Consulting, where he showcased his strong leadership capabilities. Previously, he held the role of Innovation Director at Join the Dots and led as the Head of Online Communities at the same organization. Andy has also served as the Head of Research (Deputy) at Harris Interactive UK, showcasing his versatile skill set. Prior to that, he held the position of Head of Employee Research at Harris Interactive UK and Associate Director of Employee Research at Wirthlin Worldwide.
