Andy Bratt

Andy Bratt is a Principal at Gantry's Newport Beach office with vast experience in the commercial mortgage banking industry since 2004, having facilitated over $1 Billion in loan transactions.

Andy specializes in arranging various types of loans including multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and self-storage for a diverse clientele ranging from high net worth individuals to institutional owners and developers. He is adept in handling construction, bridge, and permanent loans as well as joint venture structures.

With a CCIM designation, Andy actively engages in industry organizations such as ULI, NAIOP, and YPG, contributing to various committees and boards including NAIOP SoCal, NAIOP Membership Committee Vice Chair, NAIOP's Night at the Fight's Committee, YPG Alumni Committee, and Chair of Recruitment Selection, CCIM, and ULI Next.

Andy Bratt is an alumnus of Cal Poly Pomona, where he attended on a basketball scholarship, graduating Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in business administration, majoring in Business, Sales, and Marketing.
