Andrus Oks is a seasoned Venture Capitalist with over 14 years of experience in executing early-stage deals, primarily in the New Nordics region. He is the Founding Partner at Tera Ventures, a distinguished pre-seed/seed fund based in Tallinn that supports born-global startups with a hands-on and high conviction approach. Andrus has a background as a tech entrepreneur and has been involved in various organizations and educational pursuits, including studying Economics at the University of Tartu and Clark University, as well as completing Executive Education in Private Equity and Venture Capital at Harvard Business School. In addition, he has held multiple board member positions in notable companies and organizations, such as Miros, Transformative, Lingvist, Defendec Ltd, Startup Wise Guys, and many others. Prior to his current role at Tera Ventures, Andrus served as the Investment Manager at SmartCap, CEO, and shareholder at Myoton AS, and held research and teaching positions at Clark University and University of Tartu.
