Andrus Oks

Andrus Oks is a venture capitalist and founding partner at Tera Ventures, a Tallinn-based pre-seed/seed fund.12 He has been investing and managing funds for more than 14 years, with experience in executing early-stage deals across the New Nordics region.12

Andrus has had five successful exits, including GrabCAD, which is considered one of the top exits in Estonia.13 He currently serves on the boards of several companies, including Miros, Transformative AI, Lingvist, and Realeyes.12

Prior to his venture capital career, Andrus was a digital entrepreneur himself, giving him firsthand knowledge of the founder's journey.13 His educational background includes studies at the University of Tartu, Clark University, and executive education at Harvard Business School.2
